In this all-levels yoga class, we bring focused awareness to the position of the head and neck, learning how to improve alignment and reduce strain. Through breath-centered movement and familiar postures, you’ll gently explore neck mobility in all directions—flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral movement—while also building strength to support proper head positioning. This sequence is designed to relieve neck tension, improve posture, and help your head sit more naturally and comfortably atop the spine.
