Viniyoga for Spinal Rotation and Fluidity

The spine isn’t just meant to move forward and back—it’s designed to twist. And yet, rotational movement is one of the first things we lose to stiffness, poor posture, or sedentary habits. In this short and intentional practice, we’ll focus on restoring healthy spinal rotation through gentle, breath-led movement. Starting from the base of the spine and moving upward, you’ll learn to invite mobility back into the mid-back and thoracic region—areas often locked up and underused. This class offers a subtle yet powerful reset, helping you feel more spacious, upright, and at ease through the center of your body.
