Gentle Seated Yoga for Neck, Shoulders & Wrists

In this short seated class, we’ll move through gentle, mindful stretches for the hands, wrists, shoulders, neck, and head. It’s perfect for anyone who spends long hours typing, texting, or sitting at a desk.

We’ll begin with subtle movements to release tension and restore mobility through the upper body, then finish with a brief moment of stillness to feel the shift. You can do this practice seated or standing—no mat required.
