Hamstrings & Calves Reset: Strength then Stretch Flow

Most hamstring flows just stretch. This one builds control first, then layers in length—so results actually stick. We’ll blend simple strength, intelligent alignment, and targeted mobility for the hamstrings and calves, using a strap + block to cue real engagement (not yanking on tissues).
