In this short, focused practice we train the hamstrings (and calves) the right way—through concentric, eccentric, and isometric work. Expect active range, smarter engagement, and real stability you can feel in standing poses. We’ll use a strap and a block and cycle between bridge, half-splits variations, lunge progressions, triangle/side-angle, and simple balance to connect strength and length—without over-stretching. Move with intention; build durable mobility.
