This class explores one of the most overlooked yet impactful elements of movement: the position of the head on top of the spine.
When the head drifts out of alignment, it creates tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back—and often contributes to patterns of strain that show up throughout the rest of the body. In this practice, we’ll focus on simple, mindful movements that bring awareness to how the head tips forward and back, and how subtle shifts can support comfort, and ease.
