In this 48-minute class, we take a closer look at Child’s Pose—not just as a resting shape, but as a way to understand how hip, spine, and knee flexion support movement across your practice. Using one strap and one block, we will observe how the components of this familiar pose show up in other shapes—sometimes obviously, sometimes subtly.
