The Meditation of Listening

In this meditation, we’ll turn our attention outward—using the sounds around us as a tool for presence. Rather than resisting noise or trying to block it out, we’ll welcome it as part of the practice. By listening deeply, we train the mind to stay rooted in the here and now, transforming sound from a distraction into an anchor.
