  • Wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita – Explore how this ancient text offers practical guidance for navigating uncertainty, finding clarity, and making meaningful choices in life.

  • The Yoga Sutras & Daily Life – Yoga extends beyond the mat. Learn how Patanjali’s teachings provide a framework for cultivating balance, presence, and resilience in everyday life.
