Balance Starts at the Feet — Exploring the Tripod

In this class we slow things down and look at balance from the ground up.
We’ll explore the feet as a tripod — big toe mound, pinky toe mound, and center of the heel — and how subtle shifts of weight forward and back affect stability in standing poses, transitions, and balance work.

Rather than forcing balance, we work with sensation, timing, and awareness.
You’ll feel how balance is created in motion, not by holding still.

This is a thoughtful, detail-oriented practice that supports steadiness, clarity, and confidence on your feet.
