Reconnecting to the Lower Back

The lower back carries a lot—both physically and energetically—and often ends up stiff, weak, or overworked. In this class, we’ll bring conscious attention to the lumbar spine through a combination of gentle mobilization and active engagement. Using breath-led movement and creative block work, you’ll learn to support the lower back with strength and suppleness, helping to relieve tension, improve posture, and create a more integrated connection between your core and spine.
