Dynamic to Stillness | Blending Viniyoga & Vinyasa in a 42-Minute Flow

This 42-minute yoga practice blends the mindful, breath-first tradition of Viniyoga with the familiar strength and rhythm of Vinyasa flow.

We’ll explore how dynamic movement prepares the body and mind for static holds—teaching us how to build stability, awareness, and longevity in the practice. Expect a balance of strength and softness, where every posture is guided by breath and every transition deepens your capacity to stay.

In this class, you’ll:

✔️ Use dynamic movement to prepare for longer static holds

✔️ Learn alignment cues that support sustainable practice

✔️ Explore a mindful fusion of Viniyoga and Vinyasa methods

✔️ Strengthen, lengthen, and steady both body and mind

✔️ End with grounding hip-openers, twists, and a nourishing Shavasana
