Mobility Meets Stability: A Hip & Shoulder Flow

Stronger shoulders. Happier hips. In today’s class we contrast two very different joints—the ultra-mobile shoulders and the powerfully stable hips—and teach them to work together. You’ll explore smart mobility for the shoulders and sustainable opening for the hips, with purposeful strength to keep everything supported. Expect familiar postures in fresh ways, clear alignment cues, and a couple of creative block setups you’ll want to bookmark.

Props: 2 yoga blocks

Focus: Hip mobility + stability, shoulder mobility + control, breath-led pacing

If you tend to feel “loose but unstable” up top and “tight but strong” down low, this practice is your sweet spot. We’ll build range where you need it and integrity where it matters—so you leave grounded, open, and clear.
