Viniyoga meets Hatha-Vinyasa

In this practice, we’ll blend the familiar intensity of hot vinyasa power flow with the breath-led, spine-focused approach of Viniyoga. Together, we’ll explore dynamic sequences where the inhale initiates each movement and the exhale carries it beyond, using these flowing patterns to prepare the body for deeper, more static holds.

This is a chance to experience how two traditions can complement each other—building strength, mobility, and awareness—while keeping the breath at the center of it all.
