Neck, Shoulders & Head — A “Best Of” Mobility Practice

This short practice is a best of sequence for the neck, shoulders, and head.

If you’re short on time and want to improve head position, release tension, and restore healthy mobility, this class pulls together some of the most effective movements I use in my own practice and teaching.

We move slowly through familiar postures—Child’s Pose, lunges, standing shapes, and seated work—while paying close attention to how the head relates to the spine and shoulders. Nothing aggressive. Nothing flashy. Just intelligent, repeatable movements that free up attention where most of us hold it.

Ideal if you’re feeling stiff, distracted, or compressed around the neck and shoulders.
