Join NowStronger Inner Thighs Flow (Adductor Strength & Hip Stability)
In this practice we focus on one of the most overlooked muscle groups in yoga: the adductors — the inner thighs that hug your legs toward the midline.
We’ll start on the floor to gently wake up the inner legs, then move into a standing sequence with chair, Warrior I & II, side angle, pyramid, humble warrior, malasana, and a crow-prep variation, all with a clear focus on how to safely engage the inner thighs instead of collapsing into the knees or hips.
This class is great if you:
Feel wobbly in standing poses
Tend to “dump” into your hips or knees
Want more stability for balances and arm balances
No props required, just a mat and your attention.
