Yoga for Shoulders | Stability & Shoulder Blade Strength

This is a slow yoga practice for the shoulders with a special emphasis on shoulder stability, upper back support, and the muscles between the shoulder blades. The class is designed for regular practitioners, yoga teachers, and anyone looking for a more mindful approach to building strength and awareness in the shoulder joint rather than simply stretching it.

Throughout the practice, you’ll move at a calm and deliberate pace through simple flow patterns, standing postures, twists, side angle, half moon, eagle pose, and a few floor-based shapes. The intention is to build better scapular awareness, improve shoulder support, and connect breath with movement in a steady, thoughtful way. Rather than rushing through poses, the practice invites you to feel how the shoulders organize, stabilize, and respond through different arm positions.
