Join NowHamstring and Glute Activation
This is a slow, focused yoga practice for the glutes and hamstrings. Throughout the class, you’ll move through bridges, tabletop leg work, lunges, standing transitions, balancing postures, and supported shapes that help you feel how the glutes and hamstrings work together. The emphasis is not just on stretching, but on learning how to engage these muscles more clearly in familiar poses and especially in the transitions between them. This practice supports leg strength, hip stability, balance, and a more connected experience of standing postures. A block is helpful for part of the sequence.
