Yoga for the Hands, Wrists & Forearms

This is a short, focused yoga practice centered on the hands.

Rather than technique or correction, the emphasis is on attention—how the hands prepare, support, grip, press, and soften throughout familiar postures.

You’ll move through:

  • Gentle preparation for the fingers, wrists, and forearms

  • Weight-bearing shapes with clear, simple hand cues

  • Standing and twisting postures where hand engagement often fades

  • A calm, deliberate pace that invites awareness over effort

This practice is supportive for regular practitioners and teachers, or anyone curious about how small points of contact shape the whole experience of a posture.

Blocks are optional.

Short, steady, and precise.
